Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services
Handle inquiries and follow up with leads to achieve targets
Maintain and update customer information in the database
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
Any degree qualification
