As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll identify sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and convert leads into customers through phone calls and emails. This role offers a 3-month training program to help you succeed in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.
Use CRM software to manage client interactions and track activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Any degree (BE/B.Tech and MBA is a plus).
Experience: Open to freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
