As a Business Development Executive with a telecalling focus, you will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, convincing them of our services, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets. Your role is pivotal in driving growth through proactive client interaction and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Panacorp’s services.
Understand client needs and convincingly present the benefits of our PhD assistance services.
Convert potential leads into loyal customers by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a steady inflow of potential clients.
Collect client feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
Any Degree is acceptable.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role are encouraged to apply.
Strong English communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Preferred Skills
