Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present solutions, and effectively communicate the benefits of the company’s services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences to refine sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
For Freshers:
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
For Experienced Candidates:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
For All Candidates:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
Ability to build rapport with clients and manage relationships effectively.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Training:
Training will be provided for both freshers and experienced candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding and development process.
