Job Title: BPO Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Calls:
Make calls to potential customers to sell BPO services (like customer support, technical support, etc.).
Understand the needs of customers and suggest the right services.
Explain the benefits of BPO services in a simple and clear way.
Customer Interaction:
Build strong relationships with customers over the phone or email.
Address any questions or concerns from customers about the services.
Follow up with customers who may be interested in signing up.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Work to meet monthly or weekly sales goals.
Keep track of calls made and sales closed, and report to the team leader.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
Update customer details and progress in the system.
Skills Required:
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to explain services in a simple and convincing way.
Basic computer skills (for using sales software or CRM systems).
Motivated and target-driven.
