Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies for lead generation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
