Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
Sales Pitch: Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position the company’s offerings.
Follow-Up: Handle follow-up calls and emails to address customer inquiries, objections, and feedback.
