Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecalling Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Telecalling Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas set by the sales manager.
Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
