Key Responsibilities

Market Awareness and Feedback:

Collect and report customer feedback to improve products/services.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales progress and key performance metrics.
