Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets to expand the company's reach. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Utilize various sales techniques and tools to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize agreements and contracts. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Coordinate efforts to deliver high-quality products and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
