Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to manage daily operations in our PhD assistance company. The ideal candidate will handle office tasks, coordinate with clients and researchers, and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, phone calls, and client inquiries.
Maintain and organize company records and databases.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating with researchers and clients.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding services and payments.
Support HR activities like recruitment and onboarding.
Handle office supplies, IT support, and general maintenance tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in administration or office management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
