Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-driven Research Associate to assist PhD scholars in their academic research, thesis writing, and publication process. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, subject matter expertise, and experience in academic writing, literature review, and research methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide research assistance to PhD candidates in various disciplines.
Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and data analysis.
Assist in writing and editing research papers, dissertations, and theses.
Support scholars in research methodology, statistical analysis, and academic formatting.
Ensure adherence to academic integrity and plagiarism-free writing.
Guide scholars in journal selection and manuscript submission for publication.
Stay updated with the latest research trends, methodologies, and citation styles.
Collaborate with supervisors, editors, and statisticians to enhance research quality.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s/PhD 
Strong expertise in research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Proficiency in academic writing, referencing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.).
Experience with statistical tools like SPSS, R, Stata, or NVivo (preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in academic research support or PhD guidance.
Familiarity with journal publication standards and impact factors.
Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of AI-based research tools like ChatGPT, Turnitin, or EndNote.
