Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Online Telecalling Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will combine telecalling with online marketing strategies to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales. You will play a critical role in promoting our products or services through effective communication and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to explain products/services and generate leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, or online chat platforms.
Use online platforms (social media, email campaigns, etc.) to reach and engage target audiences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and promotions.
Provide information about ongoing offers, discounts, and new products through telecalling and online channels.
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, conversions, and customer engagement.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or online marketing (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using online tools (social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
