Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make outgoing calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
Product Knowledge: Understand and convey the features, benefits, and details of products or services to customers.
Customer Engagement: Answer questions, provide information, and engage potential customers to generate interest.
Sales Conversion: Persuade and convince customers to make a purchase or take desired actions, meeting daily and monthly targets.
Follow-Up: Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture potential leads.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information in the CRM.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience required; freshers welcome.
Skills:
Clear and friendly communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software (training provided)
Ability to listen actively and handle customer questions effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
