Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive calls to potential clients to generate sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services to effectively communicate benefits and address customer inquiries.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on customer needs and potential for conversion.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
CRM Management: Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Market Research: Identify potential markets and gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and improve overall performance.
