Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire orientation materials.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Support HR managers in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs
Handle basic employee inquiries and provide information or escalate issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
Assist in performance management processes, such as conducting performance reviews, tracking performance metrics, and facilitating performance improvement plans.
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.
Support HR team in ensuring compliance with , regulations, and company policies.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing paperwork, maintaining HR supplies, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous internship or work experience in HR or administrative role is preferred.
Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
