Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster repeat business.
Sales Conversion: Close sales deals over the phone by understanding customer needs and offering the best solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to answer questions and provide accurate information.
Data Entry and Reporting: Update CRM systems with customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities.
Problem Solving: Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, offering solutions when necessary.
