Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM system, optimizing customer interactions, and driving customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer interactions.
Design and execute customer segmentation strategies for personalized communication.
Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Train and support team members on CRM tools and best practices.
Stay updated on CRM technologies and industry trends to leverage new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer engagement tactics.
