Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage with potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and present proposals, pitch decks, and other materials to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to deliver client solutions.
Collaborate with team members to align strategies and share best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports on progress and present updates to senior management.
