Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and service promotion. Your role will involve promoting our academic solutions to research scholars, institutions, and universities both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base in the PhD research domain.
Promote the company’s services including research assistance, editing, statistical analysis, and publication support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with PhD scholars, educational institutions, and research consultants.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for differentiation.
Generate leads via digital campaigns, networking, and academic events.
Work closely with the operations and subject matter teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
