Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential customers through lead lists, referrals, and market research.
Reach out to prospective customers via phone calls to introduce products or services.
Generate interest and schedule appointments for follow-up meetings or demonstrations.
Sales Calls and Presentations:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to present products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
Address customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
Sales Conversion:
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Close sales deals by negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and processing orders.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Market Research:
Gather market intelligence to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market research.
Collaboration with Team:
Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and share best practices.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up actions.
