Responsibilities:
Research and identify qualified sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
Manage lead generation campaigns and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Give presentations to prospective clients showcasing our services and solutions
Assess client needs and present suitable proposals and quotes
Negotiate and close deals and achieve individual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales progress and forecasts
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a business development or client facing sales role
Knowledge of lead generation, sales processes, and pipeline management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with potential clients
Persuasive negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office
Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
B.Tech/B.E. degree or Business Administration preferred
