4: Customer Relationship Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing customers and prospective leads by making regular calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and processing.
Offer product recommendations and solutions based on customer feedback and needs.
Regularly check and manage incoming emails, providing updates on current activities.
Skills Required:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and address concerns.
Knowledge of CRM tools for database management.
Proficient in using email systems and online platforms for daily updates.
