We are seeking a skilled and proactive CRM Executive to join our team. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring effective communication with clients, and leveraging CRM data to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM tools, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, including data entry, data quality, and system configuration
Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and acquisition
Analyze CRM data to generate insights and reports on customer behavior, trends, and campaign effectiveness
Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolution
Monitor and report on CRM system performance, making recommendations for improvements
Train and support team members on CRM system usage and best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and CRM best practices to ensure the company’s CRM strategies are current and effective
