Job Description


Pan India Quality Head:

  • \xef\x81\xb6 Must ensure quality standards in all aspects
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Must understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, needs, specifications and accordingly
  • outline the quality standards and develop quality control processes
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Develop the overall Quality control process for the organization and adhere to the
  • quality standards of the company without any deviation
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Monitor and evaluate the internal production process
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Evaluate the final output of the products and determine their quality
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Engage with customers and gather product feedback and resolve their complaints
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Improve production efficiency and ensure elimination of wastage and damages
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where
  • improvements can be made
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Establish reliability standards by studying product and customer requirements with
  • other members of management and with production operators, technicians and all
  • stakeholders.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Implements in process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing
  • methods and devising testing methods and procedures
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Establishes standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation
  • tests, methods, and procedures
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Creates product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality
  • assurance procedures
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Institutes rework standards by devising inspection and physical testing methods and
  • procedures
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing
  • information and trends
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
  • employees and following up on work results
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Achieve financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget, scheduling
  • expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet
  • quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Collaborates with management and senior staff across production departments and
  • roles to draft acceptable quality standards.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Facilitates communication among production divisions and management.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Assesses test results and approves recommended changes.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for
  • effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Conducts random inspections and quality control checks.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership
  • and, when required, regulatory agencies.
  • \xef\x81\xb6 On boarding and training new quality control team members
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues
  • \xef\x81\xb6 Performs other related duties as assigned.
Need a male candidate from Glass/Glass processing industry or any allied industry who is having hands on experience in Total Quality process.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • \xef\x82\xb7 2. Certifications in quality control is an added advantage
  • \xef\x82\xb7 3. Minimum 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience is required
  • \xef\x82\xb7 4. Excellent attention towards details
  • \xef\x82\xb7 5. Excellent written and oral communication
  • \xef\x82\xb7 6. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil
  • \xef\x82\xb7 7. Good in statistical analysis and statistical aptitude
  • \xef\x82\xb7 8. Good interpersonal skill
  • \xef\x82\xb7 9. Preference will be given to candidate who already worked in Glass Industry, glass
  • processing, Automobile, automotive. allied industries and any continuous process
  • industries.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 500,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Day shift
