: APrivileged Access Management (PAM) Senior Engineerwill be responsible for hands-on work with deliveringPAMprojects including the following: . Gather and analyzePAMsolution implementation requirement. . Upgrade, manage day-to-day operations, and work with support to resolve issues with Password Safe . Provide user documentation, update runbook, provide KT, train and educate users. . Guide deployment and upgrade activities for Password Safe . Perform validation after upgrades, modifications. . Be an active and contributing member of multi-functional project teams. . Provide concise reporting to project leadership on what work was done, what work is coming up, and potential risks and issues Qualifications . 3+ years progressive and current work experience as a BeyondTrust Password Safe engineer, consultant, or support technician Required Professional Experience . Demonstrated experience managing and supporting BeyondTrust Password Safe . Demonstrated experience managing privileged session management including SSH, RDP, and RDS apps (nice to have) . Expertise troubleshooting issues in the Password Safe environment . Good understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management (IAM) domain . Excellent written and verbal skills for communicating complex technical issues and concepts . Understanding of AD/LDAP, Linux, and Windows Server technologies Preferred Professional Experience . Experience with secure application to application credential usage . Experience integrating BeyondTrust with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions . Experience installing, managing, or configuring servers, operating systems, databases, network devices/switches, or similar data center infrastructure Education . Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical fields (required) . Master\'s degree in Business or other technical fields (preferred) Certifications . BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer (BCIE) (preferred) or comparable experience . CISSP (preferred)
