Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Supervisor for one of our clients working for the Indian Navy Shipyard. The Paint Supervisor will oversee and coordinate painting activities, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily painting operations at the shipyard and assign tasks to the painting team.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to painters to ensure quality and efficiency
- Connect with the team members to discuss project progress and address any issues.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure completion within deadlines.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to improve work output.
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Graduate
- Prior 4-5 years of experience as Supervisor
- Good Communication skills and Presentable
- Candidate needs to be a confident person as the person needs to coordinate with Indian Navy professionals. Also has to face the inspection.
- Male Candidate preferred.
