Paint Shop Supervisor
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead a production team to achieve the required deliverables within the Paint Shop by communicating job expectations, planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Improve paint production by driving improvements in the function of the process flow.
• Directly supervising and achieving hourly production
• Monitor and improve paint usage and storage management.
• Eliminate/Reduce time variation with a continuous drive for waste elimination.
• Ensuring all people and processes are adherence to EHS standards within the Paint Shop.
• Encourage team to involve in 5S, QC and other improvement activities.
• Experience in the Painting production process - Pre-treatment, Powder coating and Liquid spray painting.
• Knowledge of advanced painting equipment and Application technology, spraying process parameters
• Knowledge of painting standards, paint estimation, wastage factors, waste control, techniques
• Knowledge of the Surface preparation process and equipment
• Knowledge of Solvents.
Qualification :
• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering
Experience :
• 6-12 years of quality experience in painting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
