Paint Chemist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paint Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, testing, and optimizing paint products to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulation Development: Design, develop, and test new paint formulations to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
2. Raw Material Selection: Evaluate and select raw materials, including pigments, resins, solvents, and additives.
3. Laboratory Testing: Conduct laboratory tests to evaluate paint performance, including color, gloss, adhesion, and durability.
4. Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure paint products meet company and industry standards.
5. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve paint-related issues, including customer complaints and production problems.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, and other relevant data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
