• Develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
• Oversee paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to enhance brand engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate video advertising campaigns, from ideation to execution, across various digital channels.
• Strategize and execute industry forum advertising to target specific niche audiences and increase brand authority.
• Plan and manage content advertising campaigns, including native ads, sponsored content, and display ads, to drive traffic and boost conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid media to ensure a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Keep track of KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Minimum 3+ years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role with a successful track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) paid social platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and video advertising platforms (YouTube, etc.).
Familiarity with industry forum advertising and content advertising strategies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with SEO and its integration with paid media efforts is a plus.
