As a Paid Media Specialist at Pexel Pals, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your role will involve developing strategies to maximize ROI, managing budgets effectively, and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance, focusing on conversion rates and customer acquisition. Monitor budgets, analyze data, and provide insights to guide future campaign decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing new techniques and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics tools to refine targeting and messaging for improved results.
