Job Description

As a Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales for our coffee cafes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage paid social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) to promote our cafes, products and offers. Manage the paid search (SEM) program on Google Ads and Bing Ads. Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI. Plan and run performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Display Network. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on ROI. Manage marketing budgets and forecast returns on ad spends. Report performance to management. Research new digital marketing channels and tools. Recommend strategies to scale reach and sales. Work closely with content, design and product teams to create engaging creative assets for campaigns. Continuously test new ad formats, audiences and messaging for continuous optimization. Keep abreast with social media trends and paid marketing best practices. Should be well versed with META. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in paid digital marketing for consumer brands Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other major paid channels Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
