Job Title: Paid Assistant

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paid Assistant with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial, administrative, and operational tasks, providing valuable support to the team and ensuring smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Support
• Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation activities.
• Help in preparing financial statements and balance sheets under supervision.

Administrative Tasks

• Maintain documentation, including filing, organizing, and archiving records.
• Manage emails and communications relevant to financial and operational matters.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.

Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve inquiries related to billing, payments, and other financial matters.
• Provide clients with information on documentation requirements and follow up on pending issues.

Data Management & Reporting

• Ensure the accuracy of data entry for financial transactions and other records.
• Assist in preparing reports for management and stakeholders as required.
• Update and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

Compliance Support

• Support in monitoring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits and inspections.

General Assistance

• Provide support to other team members on ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and increased efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Experience : 0-2 years in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.

Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations is a plus.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
