Job Location: Onsite, Malad (West), Mumbai About You Minimum 2 years of experience managing large budgets in a performance marketing environment with proven success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing campaign objectives In-depth understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including experience with audience targeting, Ad creation, and campaign optimisation Knowledge of e-commerce conversion optimisation best practices, including landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make strategic decisions and optimise campaign performance Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Facebook and e-commerce conversion optimisation Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure High level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paid Ad Specialist or similar A thorough working knowledge of demand-side platforms. Hands-on experience with data and web metrics analytics like Google Analytics and other web measuring tools Collaborative mindset and a team player.
