We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packing Supervisor to join our team in the paper printing industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in printing line operations, a thorough understanding of the printing process, and the ability to manage a team efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the packing team to ensure high productivity and quality standards. Ensure that packing processes follow safety guidelines and operational protocols. Monitor and manage packing line processes, ensuring correct packaging techniques are followed to meet product specifications. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of printed materials. Review packing output to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain inventory and packing supplies, ensuring that there is no shortage of required materials. Handle team scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are met efficiently. Implement improvements in packing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Provide training and guidance to packing staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to company standards. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a packing or supervisory role within the printing industry.

Industry Knowledge

: Strong understanding of the printing line process and packaging techniques.

Leadership

: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to meet tight deadlines.

Computer Skills

: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools for basic data processing and reporting.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with various teams.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.

Attention to Detail

: Ensure products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.

Time Management

: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
