Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Production:
• Spices packing machine Servo Auger Filler and Pneumatic packing machine
• Set up and operate packaging machines according to the manufacturer's instructions and production requirements.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate packaging of products, including size, weight, and sealing.
• Quality Control:
• Monitor the packaging process to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished packages for defects and ensure they are correctly labeled and sealed.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during the packaging process.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the packaging area is clean and organized.
• Comply with all company policies and industry regulations regarding packaging operations.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other production team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance personnel regarding machine performance and potential improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
