Job Title : Packaging Incharge
Reports To : Production Manager
Job Summary :
The Packaging Incharge manages all aspects of the packaging process, ensuring products are packaged efficiently, meet quality standards, and are ready for shipment on time.
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise the packaging team and process to meet production targets.
• Manage packaging materials inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products.
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and implement improvements.
• Maintain packaging equipment and ensure regular maintenance.
• Keep accurate packaging records and reports.
Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience in packaging or production.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and machinery.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?11,288.03 - ?24,330.69 per month
