You may not have a formal degree or previous experience in the restaurant industry, but you bring a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.YOUR TEAMYouxe2x80x99ll be part of the Fulfillment Team, working closely with the Fulfillment Supervisor and the Cafxc3xa9 Manager to make sure every order is fulfilled on time. The team will rely on you to ensure that every step of the packaging process runs smoothly, from picking items to finalizing the order. Youxe2x80x99ll collaborate with your teammates to keep everything running efficiently, ensuring there are no bottlenecks in the process.WHO YOU WILL REPORT TOYouxe2x80x99ll report directly to the Cafxc3xa9 Manager, working together to keep the fulfillment area organized, efficient, and on schedule.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Order Fulfillment: Youxe2x80x99ll pick items from designated areas based on the online food delivery orders and pack them securely according to specifications.

• Accuracy: Youxe2x80x99ll verify order accuracy before finalizing packing and labeling for delivery.

• Stock and Inventory Management: Youxe2x80x99ll assist with replenishing stock and managing inventory to make sure therexe2x80x99s always enough product for orders.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Youxe2x80x99ll keep the fulfillment area clean and organized, including storage shelves and packing stations, so everything is easy to access and in good order.

• Food Safety: Youxe2x80x99ll adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards while handling food products.

• Problem-Solving: If there are any discrepancies in orders or issues with packaging, youxe2x80x99ll communicate them to the Fulfillment Supervisor or Cafxc3xa9 Manager for quick resolution.

• Teamwork: Youxe2x80x99ll work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and order fulfillment.

• Flexibility: Youxe2x80x99ll be flexible and ready to work rolling shifts as per the Cafxc3xa9xe2x80x99s needs.

• Support the Front of House: Youxe2x80x99ll help out the Front-of-House team as needed, ensuring that the overall customer experience is always top-notch.
