POST:- PACKAGING ASSISTANT MANAGER (OIL/FMCG)

Experience:- 8 - 10 Year

Company:- Manufacturing Unit

Requirements:

• High school diploma/ GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and desire to work with other team members

Role & responsibilities:-

• Conduct audits and inspections of packaging material vendors.
• Address quality issues of packaging materials at the vendor's site.
• Audit and approve new packaging vendors.
• Manage the packaging processes.
• To ensure & control the packaging activities
• Monitor the yield losses during the packaging process.
• Ensure Cost effective packing material consumptions on commercial batches.
• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs on line completion and reviewing of the batch records and documents.
• Preparation & review of SOPs of the packaging related activities.
• Imparting on the Job training to executive and technician about the packaging.
• Coordinating with QA and QC for validation and in-process checks and approvals.
• To maintain and monitor the cGMP standards during the entire process activity.
