Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Manage master data by building and maintaining a database of packaging SKUs,
categorizing packaging products into relevant categories and subcategories.
xefx82xb7 Optimize packaging data storage and maintain product specifications tied to
packaging materials.
xefx82xb7 Establish processes to create baselines and conduct monthly savings
calculations. Prepare and publish savings reports using BI tools, leveraging
expertise in packaging data (including packaging, transportation, and pallets).
xefx82xb7 Owning the collection of weekly and monthly spend data files from suppliers.
Support the publication of this data for both internal and external use, specifically
for the packaging category.
xefx82xb7 Track Packaging Price Waterfall (PPW) and Cost Driver Index (CDI) on a
monthly basis. Manage price adjustments and calculations based on contractual
agreements.
xefx82xb7 Provide support for new business cost analysis initiatives initiated by the
business development team.
xefx82xb7 Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of packaging
data.
xefx82xb7 Perform ad-hoc analysis to support the account management team in meeting
customer requirements.
xefx82xb7 Collaborate on internal initiatives focused on data standardization, reporting
enhancements, and visibility projects as the Packaging data owner.
xefx82xb7 Assist in automation efforts to streamline data processes and enhance efficiency.
xefx82xb7 Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with
stakeholders and present findings.xefx82xb7 Take a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities
for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
xefx82xb7 Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and manual data
manipulation techniques to analyze and interpret data effectively.
