What You Bring (Your Beauty Kit): - Proven experience (Internship) in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry. - Strong knowledge of social media & influencer landscapes (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). - Exceptional communication & negotiation skills to foster authentic influencer partnerships. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building. - Data-driven approach-you know how to track performance and optimize campaigns. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns with ease. - Familiarity with influencer marketing tools & analytics platforms is a plus. - Understanding of legal & compliance considerations in influencer marketing is desirable.
