Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Candidate : Male

• Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail, etc.).
• Prepare, review, and distribute documents, memos, and reports.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure the office environment is organized, functional, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requests.
• Manage office facilities, liaising with building management when necessary.
• Maintain and update electronic and physical records, including filing systems.
• Oversee confidential document management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with planning and coordinating in-office and virtual company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Coordinate logistics, including catering, AV setup, and guest arrangements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
