Batching of Suppliers and Making Payment Batches as per Schedule 4. Creation of Suppliers in SAP 5. Query resolutions and quality check of documents 6. Vendor database maintenance Set-up & update 7. MIS- reviewing payments for potential duplicate payments General accountabilities: During all work activities observes policies, regulations and directives for assuring safety and protection of health and comply with policies and targets of quality, with the policies and targets of environmental protection and related procedures and directions Keeps his / her working place and equipment in order and in the line with the 5S system principles Shows active approach towards broadening knowledge and qualification Active approach to BPI and partnership building Follows internal guidelines of the employer and generally applicable regulations What you can expect from us . Global job opportunities, as part of the Atlas Copco Group What we expect of you Critical Skills Graduate education - B.Com and equivalent Fluency in English 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable expernice preferably in manufauring set up Awareness of GST & TDS rules and compliances SAP Accounts Payable module knowledge is a big plus Other requirements: Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills Assertive and diplomatic approach Flexibility, proactive approach, self-motivated A commitment to provide excellent customer service Good interpersonal skills City Pune Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
