Opportunity to lead the P2P vertical Frequent international travel helping the person to gain global exposure The P2P lead will be responsible for: Secure service delivery: Responsible to support service delivery within agreed KPI\'s and SLA\'s and initiate demand discussions where required Drive for Process Improvement: Support smooth service delivery and continuous process improvements to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness Promote and Share best practices with all countries with their region and at a broader level in conjunction with the global team Ensure effective issue resolution: Drive timely resolution of process and service delivery issues, disputes and escalations and drive incident, root cause analysis, and remediation processes and actions in collaboration with SDMs and GPO (where required) and third-party service providers Guarantee adherence and compliance and the companies standards: Drive complete compliance to the company\'s standards and policies of both internal employees and external third-party service providers Manage Stakeholders effectively: Act as a Regional interface between Service Organisation (including internal organization and third-party service provider) and Affiliates and support The Successful Applicant The candidate aiming for P2P lead position must be having: Experience with the BPO/Shared Services (Mandatory) University degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or similar areas +10 years of international industrial experience in similar roles Excellent end-to-end knowledge and understanding of key business processes notably: P2P, A2R & O2C Previous experience of managing large complex services with external suppliers Proven track record of service delivery management across Global organisation Strong analytical and process improvement skills What\'s on Offer - Good Work Life Balance - Lots of International Travelling Opporuntities
