Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.QAD is looking for an enthusiastic and attention-to-detail focused Global Shared Services P2P Associate. This position will report to the Global Shared Services P2P Manager.Please Note: This is a 6 month contractual job which can further be extended or converted into full time opportunity.Availability Time: Immediate / 15 days/1 month maximumThis position will require:Strong customer service mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detailWhat you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:Invoice processing: Enter AP related transactions for processing. This includes using automation tools, import features and manual keying of data. Work to ensure expected SLAs are achieved and data accuracy is maintained. Also provide backup assistance for travel expense administratorSupplier contract collection and tracking: Load supplier contracts into expected repository and enter keyAP wire payments: Assist treasury team with AP related wire transfers. Ensuring data is accurately entered and routed for proper approvalsAP payment selections : Assist P2P manager in creating payment selections and ensure payments are properly initiated and executed timely.Other duties: May include special projects, assisting in system implementations, reporting and analytics, data migration from acquired companies, etc.Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/Finance or other similar qualification preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, experience in global shared service center for multinational companies preferred.Knowledge in the financial system and reporting tools (experience Oracle Netsuite plus). Expert in Google Sheet and other Google Suite, MS Excel.Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, CPQ and any other billing systems.Other knowledge or skills: Confidence and consistent track record to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to work independently and take ownership of multiple concurrent and diversified tasks while working with deadlines. Highly organized with phenomenal attention to detail. Aptitude to work closely with a cross functional team and interact effectively with various individuals across the organization.Additional Information
