The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code\xc2\xb7 Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems\xc2\xb7 As an Application Manager Manage Offshore Software Deliveries and act as SME for Finance & Functions applications.\xc2\xb7 As a Product Owner you will be managing the prioritisation of various projects and constantly monitoring the product backlogs.\xc2\xb7 Communicating the product vision to Scum Teams and overseeing all stages of the product development process.\xc2\xb7 Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.\xc2\xb7 Acts as SME to Senior Stakeholders and other Team members.\xc2\xb7 Identify Problems, analyse information and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions.\xc2\xb7 Analyse applications identify vulnerabilities and security issues and plan for the respective remediations.\xc2\xb7 Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend solutions.\xc2\xb7 Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements.\xc2\xb7 Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.\xc2\xb7 Serve as advisor or coach to new or junior-level analysts.\xc2\xb7 Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.\xc2\xb7 Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.\xc2\xb7 Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 6 plus years of Relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge / Experience of GST Allocation Process.\xc2\xb7 Experience in leading a small Team.\xc2\xb7 Experienced in Full Stack Development.\xc2\xb7 Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role.\xc2\xb7 Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines / Handle unexpected / surprise requirements diligently.Education:\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
