• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and communication techniques.

• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in the database.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to management for product improvement.
