Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Counselor for our USA and Canada destinations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education counseling, with a focus on the USA and Canada, and a passion for guiding students through the entire application process, from course selection to visa approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to students on study opportunities in the USA and Canada, including course selection, university recommendations, and admission requirements.
• Assess students' profiles, qualifications, and preferences to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Guide students through the entire application process, including document preparation, application submission, and interview preparation.
• Advise on visa requirements, immigration policies, and assist students with visa documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in USA and Canada immigration policies, universities, and courses.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions in the USA and Canada to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Handle student queries and provide ongoing support before and after admission, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and information sessions to promote study abroad opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team targets in terms of student recruitment for USA and Canada destinations.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on student applications, conversions, and visa approvals.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in overseas education counseling, with a strong focus on USA and Canada.
• In-depth knowledge of the education systems, visa processes, and universities in the USA and Canada.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Proven track record of successful student placements in the USA and Canada.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for student success and helping them achieve their study abroad dreams.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications in overseas education counseling are a plus.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
