Job Title: Overseas IT Sales Executive/Manager
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar
Experience: 3-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, target, and close sales with international clients in the IT sector.
• Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and expand our client base in overseas markets.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and demands of international clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiation: Engage in high-level negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in an international context.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software, and technology products, along with emerging trends in the industry.
• Sales Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs, build trust, and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT/Comp Sc.
• Experience in selling IT services/products in markets like the US, Europe, or Asia-Pacific.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• An existing network of international clients in the IT industry.
