With a focus on expertise, experience, and innovation, we aim to develop students into career achievers in the international industrial arena. /Duties: Education Counsellor As an Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the entire process, from planning and forecasting market demand to successfully recruiting students. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line contact with parents, prospective students, and business associates
• Counseling students, helping with bank loan processes, and maintaining rapport with prospective students
• Conducting online, telephonic, and virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
• Keeping updated with research and development of various courses
• Weekly progress reporting on student counseling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing
• Streamlining company processes and ensuring proper implementation
• Promoting universities through seminars, presentations, and campaigns
• Conducting and participating in exhibitions and college presentations
• Planning, forecasting, and analyzing market demand and student trends
• Executing and monitoring successful student recruitment, meeting set targets
• Additional duties as and when required as per the role

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Experience in the education industry preferred
• 1-4 years of experience in counseling students on admissions to various universities
• Understanding of various courses and career options across disciplines

• Experience guiding students on the best course options based on profiles and career interests
• Experience in the student visa application process for various countries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
